We are looking for food truck vendors such as yourself to contribute to the success of our newly
rebranded OnionFest promoting food, fun and culture. Your truck will need to be in place prior to
opening on Friday and will stay in a security fenced area for the duration of the event until Sunday close.

We challenge you to create an ‘onion’ themed dish!

Friday, June 21, 2024 from 5 PM - 11 PM
Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 11 AM- 11 PM
Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 11 AM - 6 PM
LOCATION: Innisfil Recreational Centre 7315 Yonge Street, Innisfil
FEE: $750.00
SIMCOE MUSKOKA DISTRICT HEALTH UNIT: You must contact them directly.
YOUR APPLICATION FORM AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 15, 2022.
INSURANCE: Included with your registration form you must provide a copy of your insurance certificate showing that:
1. you have $5,000,000 liability insurance, holding Innisfil Community Events Corp and the Town of Innisfil harmless,
2. you are insured for the items you are selling,
SET-UP: Set up is on Friday and must be complete prior to opening of gates at 5 PM.
PARKING: Vehicles are not permitted to stay in the Festival area. Vendors are asked to drive to their allocated space, unload their vehicle quickly, park and then set up. Parking is provided free of charge at the InnPower parking lot and the Town Operational parking lot on the south side of the event.
SECURITY: There will be security within the fenced in area of the Festival.
POWER: There is no power available.
SPACES: Your space may contain gravel, pavement or grass and may be in full sun or shade. You will not
know which until you arrive so please be prepared to set up under any condition.
ADVERTISING: We are working with the Town of Innisfil to publicize this event on their electronic signage, our
website ICECORP.ORG, Magnetsigns throughout the town as well as social media.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SPACE IS LEFT CLEAN AT THE END OF THE FESTIVAL.
All of your garbage must be placed in the garbage bins provided. These will be on the grassed area at the back of the compound. ICE Corp will make every effort to ensure your participation at Innisfil Onion Fest will be a pleasant and successful experience. Thank you for your participation!
