We are excited to invite you to be part of our annual Onion Fest located at Innisfil Recreation Complex, 7315 Yonge Street.
For close to 30 years, Innisfil Community Events has been providing events and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
Our event attract families throughout Simcoe County, Muskoka and beyond with over 20,000 attending last year’s Onion Fest!
We are looking for marketplace vendors such as yourself to contribute to the success of our Onion Fest promoting food, fun and culture.
Spacing is limited, and will be exclusive to your market. Based on “first come first served” only.
DATES:
Friday, June 21, 2024 from 5 PM – 11 PM
Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 11 AM – 11 PM
Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 11AM – 6 PM
LOCATION:
Innisfil Recreational Centre 7315 Yonge Street, Innisfil
FEE:
Early bird special $200.00 if application and payment are received by March 31st.
Business $250.00 – One 10 x 10 booth is $200 (early birds only), 10 x 20 $300.00, 10 x 30 $350.00.
Non-profit $0.00 – You will receive 1 free 10 x 10 space. Additional spacing available for a fee.
SET UP:
You must be set up prior to 5 PM June 21st with take down after 5 PM on Sunday June 23rd.
TENT/CANOPY FLAME RESISTANT SPECIFICATIONS:
Your tent must meet Flame Retardant Standards. Proof of such must be sent to me with registration. The flame resistance rating that Innisfil Fire Department is looking for is CAN/ULC-S109 or NFPA 701. Click Here for an example.
SPACE SIZE:
Your fee gives you an area approximately 10 feet x 10 feet (larger spacing available, please enquire). Not for profit organizations will receive an area approximately 10 feet x 10 feet. If you require additional spacing, there will be a fee. You provide your tent, tables and chairs.

4. Certificate of Insurance Due June 1st, 2024
